Jane Ross-Allen is a faculty member at the University of Vermont assigned to the Center on Disability and Community Inclusion (CDCI) in the College of Education and Social Services. Ms. Ross-Allen currently is a full-time Program Associate with Vermont’s Part C of the IDEA Early Intervention Program. Her professional efforts include overseeing effective early intervention services that result in positive outcomes for infants, toddlers, and their families; participating in the development and implementation of service guidelines, policies, and procedures; monitoring early intervention programs and providing follow-up support and quality assurance; providing professional development to support best practice; analyzing multiple data sources to support and report on the continuous program improvement process and adherence to the IDEA ; promoting positive transition experiences for infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families leaving the Part C system; and supporting the implem
