Engineering General Education Requirement

The Engineering General Education (GenEd) requirement supports the vision and mission of the University of Vermont and the program objectives of the various engineering programs.

The Engineering GenEd requirement includes many courses that satisfy the University Diversity Requirement (D1 & D2) and the University Sustainability (SU) requirement. Engineering students may double count Engineering GenEd and University requirements only when courses are approved for both requirements.
