Interested Employers

Our mission is to recruit and transition top talent from UVM CEMS into Vermont's businesses statewide. Together we offer a full range of internship and co-op services to Vermont employers on an as-needed or as-desired basis, such as:

• Outreach to employers for internship positions
• Post sponsoring employer internships on websites
• Perform outreach events and activities to solicit college students
• Pre-screen student applicants to best match skill sets and desire
• Provide employer pre-employment orientation
• Collect, document, and keep records of employment forms
• Collect, document, and keep records of employer non-disclosure forms
• Provide possible financial support for intern wages
• Provide internship administration and management
• Provide direct technical/behavioral management and mentoring of interns
• Assist / conduct intern reviews during internship
• Conduct post-internship review with employer
• Collect and report on internship metric data
• Provide project-based intern resources to employers
