Milton received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont, a MS in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Virginia, and an honorary degree in Engineering from the University of Vermont.
He has worked as chief engineer and assistant to the deputy administrator for NASA, deputy manager of the Orbiter Project for the Space Shuttle Program, director of Advanced Requirements and analysis for the Ford Motor Company. He is an associate fellow for the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and a member of the American Society for Quality Control.
Milt has been a member of the CEMS Board of Advisors since the Spring of 1994.
