Transition and Employment

Supported employment programs assist individuals through the process of discovery and assessment, job development, placement & training, and follow-along, while facilitating natural supports for full inclusion.

The Transition and Employment Project provides training and technical assistance to agencies throughout Vermont so people with disabilities will be fully included in the workplace.
