Our vision is that this online resource center will ultimately help improve outcomes for youth with disabilities who are transitioning to life after high school.  We want to get technical assistance into the hands of special educators, inspire youth to set high goals and help parents navigate through this often confusing information. Our hope is that these web pages will allow people to access all of the currently available transition resources in Vermont from one central place, here at TRIPSCY. Stay tuned to this site; we will be uploading new content periodically.

Vermont Transition Resource ~ Online Learning Module

The Transition Coalition in collaboration with the Vermont Department of Education has developed the Vermont Transition Resource. This Vermont-specific Best Practices in Transition Planning online learning module includes case studies, information regarding Indicator 13, activities, and resources. If you are from Vermont, and logged into the Transition Coalition site, you will see this new online training module. This material is only for Transition Coalition account holders from Vermont. You will be asked to create an account to view these modules.
