Parking Information for Attending "Including Samuel" Feb. 11, 2008 at UVM's Mann Hall Auditorium, 208 Colchester Ave.

  1. Parking on campus is always a challenge. So if you are a UVM student, faculty, or staff, we ask that you please do not park at Mann Hall. Please park elsewhere and use campus transportation or walk to Mann Hall. This will leave the small number of available spaces for guests and the public.
  2. If you are planning to park anywhere on campus, we strongly encourage you to car pool.
  3. Accessible Parking at Mann Hall: There are five accessible parking spaces at Mann Hall. Click on this link to see a map that includes the locations of Mann Hall's accessible parking spaces. A ramped entrance is found on the same side of the building as the accessible parking spaces. Upon entering the building, follow the entry hall to the main hallway. To the left you will find an elevator that you can take up one flight to the auditorium level.
  4. Metered Parking at Mann Hall: There are eight metered (coin-operated) parking spaces at or near Mann Hall, four in front of the building along Colchester Avenue, and four behind Delehanty Hall, near Farrell Hall. Click on this link to see a map that includes the locations of Mann Hall's metered parking spaces.
  5. Permit Parking: All other parking in Mann Hall lots is by permit only.
  6. Visitor Parking: Visitors to the University may park at either the Gutterson Fieldhouse Parking Garage or the Water Tower Parking Lot. In both cases you can take the CATS (Campus Area Transportation System), a free bus, to get from the parking area to Mann Hall. Since this option takes a little more, plan to arrive a little early so you don't miss the beginning of the film. Click on this link to see a map showing the locations of the Gutterson Fieldhouse Parking Garage and the Water Tower Lot. Please take Trinity Shuttle.
  7. The CAT buses run every 15 minutes for 7:30 AM to 5:45 PM, leaving Mery Hall ( located at the bottom of the hill) after that they will run every 30 minutes from 6:00 PM to 11:45 PM.
