About Our Project

Our CDCI nutritionist collaborates with the Family, Infant and Toddler Program (Part C, IDEA) and Children with Special Health Needs (CSHN-Vermont's Title V Program) to provide nutrition supports to Vermont children with special needs and their families through coordination of a statewide network of community based nutritionists.
