Nutrition Services Program at CDCI

To improve the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families through research, training, and community service.

Vermont Department of Health funds a nutritionist through the Center on Disability and Community Inclusion to provide statewide training, technical assistance and services to persons with disabilities and their families, and to health and educational professionals throughout Vermont.
