Jolene Blanchard, Northwest Region
Jolene Blanchard is the Northwest Region Family Resources Consultant for the Vermont I-Team and the Vermont Sensory Access Project. She is a parent who has strong experience in IEP development and navigating both the medical and special education systems. She has been managing her daughter’s High-tech home care program for 13 years and is well versed in recruiting, training, and supervising home care staff. This experience is a valuable asset to share with other families whose children need intensive health care supports provided in school or at home. Jolene assists and encourages families to explore resources that will improve both the student's and family's quality of life.

Donna Gillen, Southern Region
Donna Gillen is the Southern Region Family Resources Consultant for the Vermont I-Team and the Vermont Sensory Access Project. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Ashland University, over 20 years experience in the family support field, 7 years with Children’s Integrated Services-EI (formerly FITP) and 14 years with the Vermont I-Team and VSAP. She has personal experience and knowledge of the special education process, family supports, transition planning and system change initiatives. Her family is currently family managing their daughter’s developmental disability waiver.

Paula J. Manzi, Northeast Region
Paula J. Manzi is the Northeast Region Family Resources Consultant for the Vermont I-Team and the Vermont Sensory Access Project. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Vermont College of Norwich University. Paula has been a Family Resources Consultant for the past 15 years for the Vermont I-Team. She was also an Early Interventionist for the Family Infant Toddler Project and an Early Essential Educator and Early Childhood Educator in the Northeast Kingdom for over 8 years. She has worked for Parent to Parent/Vermont Family Network as a Family Support Consultant. She continues to share her personal experience as a parent and her professional experiences as she supports families of children with special needs in the Northeast Region.

Tammy Willey, Central Region
Tammy Willey is the Central Region Family Resources Consultant for the Vermont I-Team and the Vermont Sensory Access Project. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Vermont. She has been a volunteer coach and mentor for the Special Olympics Vermont Chittenden program for the past 10 years. She brings more than 20 years of experience navigating medical, school and social service systems to her job of supporting families.
