Mary Ellen Seaver-Reid: Mary Ellen is a Central Region Educational Consultant for the Vermont I-Team. In this role, she provides technical assistance, consultation, and training to educational teams serving students with significant disabilities. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Trinity College of Vermont and a Master of Education from the University of Vermont. Mary Ellen is certified as a Consulting Teacher/Learning Specialist, a Teacher of the Handicapped for Intensive Special Education, and an Assistive Technology Professional. She has helped coordinate projects at the Center on Disability and Community Inclusion since 1982 and has served as Adjunct Professor in the Department of Education at the University of Vermont since 1996. Mary Ellen is also the Special Education faculty member with the VT-ILEHP program at UVM.

Janet Lockyer: Janet Lockyer has some assignments in the Central Region as an Educational Consultant for the Vermont I-Team. She holds a Master of Education and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Intensive Special Education and is a Qualified Developmental Disability Professional. Janet has a Vermont Teaching Certification in Intensive Special Needs Grades K-12 and has extensive experience as a Behavior Consultant.

Tammy Willey: Tammy is a Central Region Family Resources Consultant for the Vermont I-Team. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Vermont. She has been a volunteer coach and mentor for the Special Olympics Vermont Chittenden program for the past 10 years. She brings more than 20 years of experience navigating medical, school and social service systems to her job of supporting families.
