Policy and Procedures, written by the CDCI Infrastrucure Committee (2012)

The CDCI Procedures Manual has been updated for the 2012 Fiscal Year and contains all CDCI office protocols, orientation checklists for new employees and helpful forms and information regarding everything from Travel, Purchasing, Oracle Calendars, NIRS and much much more. CDCI is providing this manual in its electronic form only, in an effort to save paper. Please take this into consideration before you hit print!

Consultation Agreement Procedures Manual (2012)

This document was developed to serve as a guide for faculty and staff seeking and/or obtaining consultation agreements to be performed through the Center on Disability and Community Inclusion. The types and purposes of consultation agreements that may be sought vary but most will be assessments, training, or technical assistance in the form of direct services or consultations that are client-specific, to another professional and/or to a whole organization. The intent of this document is to help you and the CDCI develop and execute successful agreements.
