There are 3 UVM graduate credits offered at a cost of approx. $600. (Note: there are additional fees if student is taking more than one course during Fall 2011.)
The BEST Summer Institute Course for 2011 is Working Smarter, Not Harder: Aligning Systems, Data and Practices to Promote Social and Academic Success. It is listed on our BEST web site. Please read the syllabus & what you need to do before registering for the course.
Assignments for the BEST graduate course are due prior to the institute, during the institute, and following the institute during the fall. Please see the graduate course page and syllabus for more details."
The registration fee does not include your hotel fees. You need to make your own room registration through Killington Grand Resort, 1-800-282-9955. When you call, indicate that you’re part of the BEST Summer Institute.
Breakfast, lunch and mid-morning snack are served, Monday through Thursday. Dinner is on-your-own every night.
There is a Wednesday night dance. The Killington Grand Resort and area offers a range of activities for you to do during your free time.

Staff will be available to check you in on Sunday evening, 7 to 8:30 PM and Monday morning, 7 to 8 AM, prior to the start of the institute. If you plan to check-in on Sunday evening, make sure your room reservation starts on Sunday.
