Carol is the Director of BEST, an Educational Support System consultant and a member of the Vermont Integrated Instruction Model (VIIM) Leadership Team. Her career includes work as a graphic artist, visual art teacher and elementary school principal. |

Sherry is the coordinator of BEST. She has worked in children's mental health as a direct service provider, state level program administrator, and consultant since 1982. She provides training in non-violent crisis intervention, understanding the framework of poverty, and the Act 264 DOE Agreement. |

Richard is an education consultant with the Vermont Department of Education. Richard's expertise includes helping schools to develop school-wide discipline plans. Richard provides training and technical assistance to help schools throughout Vermont build their capacity to include students with emotional and behavioral challenges. |

Ken has been an educator since 1979. Until recently, he directed the Hartford Area Regional Collaborative and the Wilder School. Ken has also been involved with BEST since its onset. He is available part-time to provide trainings and some technical assistance to schools. In particular, Ken enjoys providing Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training and Life Space Crisis Intervention (LSCI) training. |

Cassandra is a member of the BEST Team and works at UVM’s Center on Disability & Community Inclusion. Her background includes work as a high school social worker, elementary/middle school behavior specialist and outpatient therapist. In particular, Cassandra enjoys consulting, training and coaching schools in PBIS implementation as well as Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training. Cassandra earned a master’s degree in social work from Washington University in St. Louis and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Skidmore College. |

Jesse is a research assistant professor at the University of Vermont, the coordinator of the BEST graduate concentration, a member of the National Wraparound Initiative. He provides support in research and evaluation, and he is assisting in the evaluations of the Olweus program and DOE/AHS Agreement. |

Anne works full-time at the University
Affiliated Program of Vermont, University of Vermont. Anne provides
support staff services to the Statewide Planning Team. |
