Making a Difference - CDCI

CDCI envisions a future where all people, including people who experience developmental and other disabilities, are fully included in their home, schools, and communities in a meaningful way. We envision a future in which supports and services that lead to

interdependence,
self-determination, and
inclusion

are available to all people across the span of life.

Our National Network

CDCI is part of a national network of University Centers for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDDs). There are currently 67 UCEDDs, with at least one in every state and US territory. Each is affiliated with a major research university and serves as a resource for all people in the areas of education, research, and service relative to the needs of people with developmental disabilities.
