Minor: Food Systems

The interdisciplinary minor in Food Systems gives students the knowledge and skills necessary to understand our complex interdependent food system of food production, processing, distribution and consumption. CDAE participates in this minor along with other departments in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. More information is found on the Department of Plant & Soil Science website.
