Phoebe Spencer graduated from McGill University with a BA in Anthropology and Geography, receiving joint honors, in 2011. She has worked for the YMCA, the State of Vermont, and the Institute for Health and Social Policy in Montreal. Her interests include transportation systems, public health needs, archaeology, and spatial analysis. She returns to her home state with the hope to promote healthier societies.
