After graduating from Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA in September 2008, Andrew worked for two seasons as a farmhand, spending the winters of 2009-2011 as a research assistant in New York City. For the next two years, he served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Ecuadorian Amazon. He is interested in the economic viability of agroecological systems of small-scale farms in Latin America, as well as means and barriers to the expansion of agroecological development.
