DUDLEY H. DAVIS CENTER DEDICATION

Friday, October 5, 2007
3:00–3:30 p.m.
Davis Center Oval
(Rain site — the Olin Atrium of the Davis Center)

Alumni, parents, friends, students, faculty, and staff are invited to the ceremonial dedication of the Dudley H. Davis Center, the spectacular new “front door” to campus. Named for the late Dudley H. Davis ’43, a towering figure in the Vermont business community, the Davis Center is the realization of a longstanding need for a gathering place for the UVM community.

Following the dedication, from 3:30 to 4:00 p.m. in the Hoffman Family Information & Resource Center in the Davis Center, a time capsule will be buried to preserve the history of what it is like to be a student at UVM in the year 2007. The ceremony will be followed by refreshments and opportunities to talk with UVM student leaders.
