< Go to Overview < Go to National Campaign Steering Committee		Faculty and Staff Campaign Concludes The Campaign for the University of Vermont conducted its faculty and staff drive during the 2004–2005 academic year, and the UVM family of faculty and staff responded generously to the challenge of "Giving Back to Our Community." Faculty and staff gave a total of $1,632,482 in gifts for the year, including cash, pledges, and bequest expectancies. The 862 faculty and staff donors made for a 23 percent participation rate. Of these, 660 were current faculty and staff members, and 202 were emeriti/retired faculty. A Faculty and Staff Campaign Committee was formed early in 2004–2005 to guide and promote the Campaign through a number of initiatives that kept Campaign goals and priorities before the faculty and staff community. Since the beginning of the Campaign in 2001–2002, $11 million has been committed by faculty and staff who are working or have worked at UVM.
