What to read for Classical Roman Civilization
Study for the Exam
Format of the exam: Identification (with choice) and one essay (also
with choice)
The list of helpful things to know
about
Do not freak out if you cannot find every single thing; there will be
a choice on the Identification part of the exam. But if you know about
most of these people and things, you will be well prepared for both ID and
essay portions of the final.
All that is presently known about the essay
questions.
Other information about the final examination:
The final examination will be on Monday 11 December from 8-11 a.m. in
413 Waterman (same as the class room).
Although the doors will not be locked to exclude anyone who shows up late,
the final examination will be over at 11 a.m.: the later you arrive, the
faster you will have to write.
If anyone has a three-finals-in-one-24-hour-period conflict, I ought to
have heard about it already, and assume, therefore, that no student in the
class will have a problem being at the final.
Only the dean's office can grant a student an incomplete.
