Netscape 7 may not know how to handle a MIDI file the first time it encounters one. If so, a dialog box will appear asking you how to play the file. You’ll be presented with various options, including opening the file with a default application, such as Winamp; opening the file with an application you choose; or saving the file to your hard drive. Opera, on the other hand, handles MIDI files automatically.
