Format a Quote with the Cite Element

The <CITE> it’s useful for creating a citation of a publication or an outside source or for placing a quote within a quote. It renders the text which it encloses in italics. The code used for the <CITE> element looks like this:

One of my favorite books about the American Southwest is <CITE>Desert Solitaire</CITE> by Edward Abbey.

The code used to place a quote within a quote looks like this:
