Create Tool Tips with the Title Attribute

The TITLE attribute is a slick little tool that lets you create a tool-tip that displays when the mouse pointer hovers over text in a browser window. In this example, the words "Start here." appear in a pop-up box when a site visitor moves his pointer over the enclosed text.
