Ordering

Who can I Order From?

We are able to order from Invitrogen (Gibco), Fisher, Sigma (Aldrich), USA Scientific, New England Biolabs, Krackeler, VWR, Qiagen, IDT DNA (custom primers), and USB. Discounts are available from all vendors, but vary according to company and product, so please call if you would like a price quote.

You can place an order in one of three ways:

  1. Walk-in
  2. Call (802) 656-0436
  3. email: biostock@uvm.edu

 When ordering, please include the following information:

  1. The Catalog/Product number
  2. Name and description of each item
  3. The size of each item, especially if it is a Sigma product
  4. Quantity of each item
  5. Your name and phone number
  6. Your chart string

All next-day Special Order Requests must be in by 3:30 pm.

If you have not heard from us and think your order may have arrived, please do not hesitate to give us a call.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns on any in stock item if it is in the same condition as when it left here, i.e., if it left here frozen, it stayed frozen, and comes back frozen.

Special ordered items Can Not be returned.
