Dear Prospective Student,

Studio art, art history, or art education at the University of Vermont is studied within a liberal arts context. Beyond their art major, our students pursue studies in other disciplines for their minor, optional second major, and academic distribution requirements. We feel this broad approach to intellectual investigation strengthens what a student can bring to his/her art inquiry.
