Meghan Clohessy (UVM '05), studio manager of the renowned painter, Kehinde Wiley, will present the recent documentary, Kehinde Wiley: An Economy of Grace, which has been shortlisted for an Academy Award nomination. A talk by Clohessy will follow.

Meghan Clohessy graduated from the University of Vermont in 2005 with adouble major in Art History and Studio Art and a minor in Psychology. She then worked in the curatorial department of The Hyde Collection, Glens Falls, NY, before moving to NYC in 2007. There she received her Masters Degree in Contemporary Art Theory and Criticism at Purchase College while acting as the Registrar of Graphics and Prints at the Marlborough Gallery. Clohessy has spent the last several years as studio manager to the renowned painter, Kehinde Wiley, the subject of the recently released documentary film Kehinde Wiley: An Economy of Grace, which has been shortlisted for an Academy Award nomination.
