Project Manager: Robert Howard
Project Architect: Brad Rabinowitz
The existing brick building that is behind 438 College Street is now completely renovated and occupied by the F.A.B. and Institutional Studies Departments. Approximately 760 square feet of 3/4 T&G pine V groove (wainscoting) that was salvaged from the building was reused in various areas throughout the building. Ten salvaged oak office doors from miscellaneous renovations of the Waterman building were used as office doors in this facility. This renovation, including new HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, has converted the building into office space for the two University departments.
