What do I do if my Wright Express card is lost or stolen?

      The driver should contact his/her supervisor so that the company
      contact for Wright Express can notify us that the card has been
      lost or stolen. Only approved contacts given to Wright Express can
      report a lost or stolen card and request a new card. A card will be
      replaced at a charge of $2.00 per card. New cards are supplied
      every two years.
