CAPS offers counseling, referral and consultation services related to student substance abuse, misuse and/or addiction. When a student has been found in violation of UVM's Student Alcohol and Other Drug Policy, the University may, in addition to other sanctions or as a penalty for a minor first offense, require a student to participate in education, consultative and/or educational programs related to drug or alcohol use. Students facing requirements such as these may need the following forms:
