Most services at the Center for Health & Wellbeing are provided by appointment only. Appointments are often available on the same day that you call, especially if you call before 10am. We are not able to accommodate "walk-in" appointments, so call ahead.

If you have a life threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to the Fletcher Allen Health Care Emergency Room at 111 Colchester Avenue, Burlington.
