Workshops

Writing tutors are available to do class presentations introducing students to the Writing Center. These can last from 10-45 minutes. The longer presentations include a workshop portion that involves students in a discussion of writing, providing a fuller understanding of what happens at the Writing Center.

Faculty members who wish to request a presentation should contact Sue Dinitz, the Writing Center Director (sdinitz@uvm.edu, 656-7963) at least one week in advance. The tutor presentation coordinator will contact you to make arrangements.
