We also thank all the participants who volunteered time and opened their business doors to make the video collection. The video segments would not have been possible with out the generous assistance of individuals at Eurofresh Farms (Wilcox, AZ), Kraft Gardens (Fort Pierce, FL), Possum Run Greenhouses (Bellville, OH), Claussen's Enterprises (Colchester, VT) and Crossroad Farm (Post Mills, VT).

1 The RealNetworks RealAudio/RealVideo videos and Windows Media files are "served" using the RealNetworks Helix Universal Server product. This product allows multimedia content — audio or video, live or prerecorded — to be simultaneously sent (or streamed) across the internet and viewed by a remote user. Just like TV, you click on a channel and begin watching, no messy downloads. Computing and Information Technology has purchased a 20 Megabit simultaneous stream license for this product, meaning that up to 20 megabits worth of media can be server at any one time and people can simultaneously watch or listen to any content we choose to provide. We thank all contributors who made materials available for download.
