Group met in Tucson, AZ for first official planning meeting for the project. Group toured Eurofresh Farms, Inc. greenhouse tomato production facility in Wilcox Arizona.

Fall, 2002 (Meeting)
Tignor, Wilson, and Kubota meet at the Indian River Research and Education Center in Fort Pierce Florida. Giacommeli and McMahon phone in from Tucson, AZ and Columbus, OH respectively. Initial plan made for approach to develop worldwide greenhouse education resource. It was decided by the group that we would write a USDA Higher Education Challenge Grant Propsal.
