As has been the case with other UVM designs, there are several UVM departments/units who are not working within the UVM Publishing System, but still wish to adapt to take on the UVM branding/look. These provided specifications are intended to make that process intuitive for those units.

We strongly recommend using the current responsive template. What does Responsive Web design mean?
Responsive Web design respond to the user’s environment based on screen size, platform and orientation. As a user switches from a laptop, iPad or mobile phone, the website automatically switch to accommodates resolution and image size. This eliminates the need for a different design and development for each new device on the market.
