Taking Stock - A Mini-Course for Experienced Business Owners
March 7 and March 21
Berlin, VT

WAgN is piloting a new course focusing on the issues of maturing business owners. Taking Stock is designed to help more experienced business owners assess their operations, examine what is working and identify aspects that may need some fine-tuning. Topics will include diversification, legal issues, labor management, and business transition planning. The class is designed for individuals who have at least five years in business.

The class will be held in two day-long sessions on March 7 and March 21 in Berlin, VT. Each class will feature guest speakers and class discussion. Additionally, during the week between classes there will be an opportunity for participants to obtain individual consultation with the instructors. As part of the pilot there will be an opportunity for participants to get a rebate on a portion of the registration fee in return for an in-depth evaluation.
