Rainbow Acres is located in West Addison, Vermont. We turned a misused, unkept piece of Vermont farm land into a working, healthy and productive operation that supports itself, our family and our community. We started a flower and vegetable farm twelve years ago in West Addison on Route 17. After a lot of work and the help of the ones we love, we started to work the land. We farm each day with sustainable practices in our minds and in our hearts. This year, 2003, we are planning on planting 6 acres of mixed vegetables and flowers for retail and wholesale sales, as well as use in our own Hot Products. We grow at least 10 different varieties of hot peppers totaling about 4000 hot pepper plants, and we grow them HOT!!RAINBOW ACRES
