ARETHUSA FARM

The farm produces mixed vegetables in the Intervale flood plain along the Winooski River. Our main crops are mesclun, carrots, kale, parsley, zucchini, tomatoes and head lettuce. The farm was established in 2002. We are certified organic by Vermont Organic Farmers.
