Added-Value Coaching

"Coaching is a journey that cares for the mind, body, and spirit, and you don’t have to travel alone.”

Vermont Business Center and The Coaching Center of Vermont Team Up to Provide Coaching for Professional Leadership and Management Certificate Participants

The Vermont Business Center, in collaboration with The Coaching Center of Vermont, is pleased to announce the addition of a coaching option to maximize your training dollars. Studies show that coaching paired with training ensures you will be able to apply your new learning immediately to current business challenges. Coaching boosts results for a host of leadership and management development issues - building skills and awareness in the areas of emotional intelligence, communication, and increased organization and team building capabilities.

Why Coaching?

In each meeting, the client chooses the focus of conversation, while the coach listens and contributes observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves the client into action. Coaching accelerates the client's progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice. Coaching concentrates on where clients are now and what they are willing to do to get where they want to be in the future... Results are a matter of the client's intentions, choices and actions, supported by the coach's efforts and application of the coaching process.

Included in your Professional Leadership and Management Certificate fee:

  • Your choice from a variety of professionally trained coaches from the Coaching Center of Vermont.
  • An introductory coaching interview to align individual with coach.
  • 4-30-45 minute coaching sessions; preferably following each round of seminars
  • 1-exit group coach
