Team Tools for Success: Leading a Project Team

Description

You are tasked with leading a project team. How do you lead people through problem-solving, planning and successful implementation? What process tools are guarantors of success? How do you maximize the group’s potential for creating better solutions than individuals can? This interactive workshop goes beyond project management to teach you the frameworks and skills you need to plan and execute with any task group—soup to nuts.

Learning Objectives

Participants will have:

  • Learned to charter the right agreements about team purpose, roles, resources and organizational sponsors
  • Learned how to and practice using assessing needs and gaps
  • Learned to facilitate team problem-solving and goal setting
  • Gained resources and concrete solutions for resolving your real team challenges

  • Writing SMART goals and objectives
  • Time to work on your own project team challenges
  • A tool that prepares for implementation of your project team plan
  • Final questions and evaluation
