  Vermont Student Assistance Corp. VSAC’s mission is to serve Vermonters and Vermont schools. VSAC loan applicants must be one or more of the following in order to obtain a VSAC loan: a Vermonter, or borrowing for attendance at a Vermont school, or an existing VSAC borrower.
