University Business Council (UBC)

Welcome to the website for the University Business Council (UBC). The UBC is an advisory body to the Vice President for Finance & Administration, charged with advancing the university’s mission, vision, and strategic goals through the development of efficient, sustainable business practices.

We encourage you to submit project ideas that focus on the improvement of a task-related procedure and affect more than one functional area. Past projects have included the streamlining of budget management processes, the transition to PeopleSoft, rewriting procurement policies, and dealing with retroactive changes to employee salary distributions.
