Honorary Degree Nominations Criteria For 2006 Commencement
Beginning in May 2006, the Joint Committee on Honorary Degrees is starting the work of identifying those candidates who best meet the criteria and place those recommendations before the Board of Trustees at the November 9-11, 2006 meeting. The Board’s practice is to not approve of specific nominations, but to adopt a Resolution authorizing the President to award honorary degrees in consultation with the Committee.
