Dear Task Force Members and Resource People:
We have been furiously working to complete the report to be mailed to the Board of Trustees in just a few days. We now have downloaded draft language onto this secure website for you to examine..
This is a very fast-moving train at this point (maybe more like a rocket).
If you have reactions/revisions/feedback you would like to suggest, we need
to receive it NO LATER THAN 10:00 AM ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 6,
if we are to be able to incorporate it into the final report to go to the Board.

In the interest of time and computer memory, this document is not the entire report, but the primary narrative sections. Tables, charts, data analysis, etc. will be included in the final version, but you have seen most of that already. Please note that the cover photo in the current draft is going to change to one that shows a view of the entire campus. Additionally, subcommittee reports and unedited survey comments will also appear as an appendix to the final report.
Sorry for the short notice, but the schedule is what it is. We probably do not have time for major-surgery type editing at this point. But if you see major issues, problems, or mistakes, we would like to hear about them as soon as possible.
As always, many thanks for your hard work and attention to this important effort. We have scheduled a time for the Task Force to meet once more prior to the Board discussion: 1:30 pm on Thursday, February 21 in the Livak Ballroom, Davis Center. The Board will be offered a facilities tour beginning at 4:15 on that day, and will be discussing our Report the following morning in the Sugar Maple Ballroom. We hope that everyone who has been involved in this effort will try to attend.
