Currently, serves as Senior Counsel at Downs Rachlin Martin, PLLC where he previously served as Senior Attorney and Director, 1986-2003. Former Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Central Vermont Public Service Corporation, 2003-2012. Recipient of the Distinguished Service Award, UVM, 2008; Young Alumni Award, UVM, 1989; and Kidder Medal, UVM, 1980; Mortar Board and Boulder Society.
