CIOFFI, Frank J.

Appointed to the Board in 2001 by Governor Howard Dean, MD to fill an un-expired term; re-appointed by Governor James Douglas in 2005; and re-appointed by Governor Peter Shumlin in 2011. Term expires in March 2017. Cioffi is a native of St. Albans, VT. He earned a BA in Political Science from UVM. Cioffi is President of GBIC - The Greater Burlington Industrial Corporation & Cynosure, the Regional Economic Development Corporation serving Chittenden County, Vermont. Cioffi and his family live in Saint Albans, Vermont.
