What We Offer
In
addition to this website, the Tarrant Institute maintains an online
tools and resource library, as well as providing a monthly e-newsletter
and daily updates via our twitter feeds.
We provide principal and administrative and leadership team
consultations and seminars to help move Vermont's middle schools toward
a technology-rich, student-centered outcome.
As well as leading the technology strand at the Middle Grades
Institute, we provide workshops, consultations, action research and an
online social space (ning) for educators to connect with other
technology integrators.
The Tarrant Institute has under-written the rollout of 1:1
internet-enabled devices to partnering iLeap schools, and continues to
provide funding for technology innovations within its cohort.
We offer state-wide and national presentation support to qualified
educators, as well as giving partner schools the opportunity to
participate in UVM-sponsored research.
