Sophocles wrote his most famous tragedy almost 2,500 years ago, but Oedipus Rex endures and continues to excite audiences today as its gripping plot unfolds like a modern-day murder mystery. As Oedipus draws nearer to finding out the identity of the killer, he uncovers terrible secrets from the past.
