Synopsis:
A witty, satirical, anti-romantic comedy and one of the Nobel Prize winner's most popular of the "pleasant plays."
A soldier on the run from war breaks into the bedroom of a young woman who's father and fiance are members of the opposing army.
Set during the Serbo-Bulgarian War in 1885 Arms is a satire on both the glorification of war and basing affections on idealist notions of love.
