I'm for pouring the money into making each building (especially lab buildings) use energy more efficiently.  The Clean Energy Fund is a great thing, but what we first need to do is make it so we decrease our overall energy usage.  If we implement solar panels, wind turbines, etc... the clean energy that we harvest from those will just continue to fuel our wasting behaviors!
